Service Description
Yogabhyasa is the dedicated and regular practice of yoga. It is considered an essential aspect of spiritual development as it helps you steady the body and mind. This class includes kayasthairyam (conscious relaxation), āsanās (yogic postures), pranayama (breath control) and dhyana (meditation). It is meant to help you create a yogic routine that is easy and simple to follow. It is perfect for anyone who is seeking a consistent yogic practice. Things to bring to class: -Yoga mat -Shawl (optional) -cushion (optional, if you need support sitting on the floor)
